Asked by this newsletter whether the Prime Minister plans to take any action against Elon Musk or his X platform, for helping to incite the violence, his spokesman was unable to point to any plans to do so.
Asked again whether the PM even plans to stop posting on X himself, his spokesman told me that there were “no changes” to the Government’s existing social media policy.
So what’s really going on here and why does the Government appear so unwilling to actually act against those seeking to literally set our communities on fire?
