I couldn't agree more. I don't want people in Government who won't review a decision when new information becomes available or they discover many people have qualms about it. However, I think journalists should carry at least 50% of the blame for perpetuating this idiocy. On the BBC news this evening, much was made of the so-described humiliating u-turn. Well done to Kier Starmer for keeping an open mind.
The electors next time will vote if they feel better off and their day to day experience improves, so better wages, health system that works, better secure jobs. Starmer must stop boosting Farage by continually attacking 3 years before an election. Also needs to make the case for immigration. It’s needed to keep the tax paying population steady. Without it the tax paying electors will not be enough to fund the welfare economy.
